Background of the Study
Digital transformation has become a critical driver of innovation and efficiency in human resource management (HRM). Technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, and human resource information systems (HRIS) have revolutionized recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management (Okafor & Abubakar, 2023).
HR firms in Kogi State are gradually adopting digital transformation to address traditional HR challenges, including inefficiencies in talent acquisition, data management, and employee performance tracking. However, the level of adoption and its impact on HR practices remain underexplored.
This study examines how digital transformation influences HRM processes in Kogi State, highlighting the benefits and challenges associated with technology adoption in HR firms.
